 Where are you from?

We are an US based online exclusive shop. We do worldwide deliveries, no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

I placed an order,but never received a confirmation email.

If you do not receive an email from Fashion Nova within a few hours of placing your order please check your Spam folder, alternatively the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly. If you still need assistance, please contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE.

How can I track my order?

Please use the tracking option at the top of the page for quick information.  Please be attentive when filling your email address, we will send your order confirmation and tracking number there later, and you can track your order status with the tracking number

The tracking number for my order stopped updating, what happened?

Our products are sent all over the world , your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.

What is the method of payment?

Paying with Paypal:

With PayPal, you can send payment quickly and securely online.Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or bank account balance.Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's site where you could make the payment. Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). HoodieBoss.com doesn’t receive your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.

When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

Is it possible to pay in other currency than US dollars?

Every payment is executed through bank transactions, therefore  the currency exchange is automated and fixed to the exchange rate of the National Bank. You can change the currency view in the bottom left corner of the screen. This is informative only, at the checkout it'll display the amount in USD.
